Meat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. cheese
    8 oz. refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Mix beef with barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar and salt.
    Open biscuits and press each into the cup of a muffin pan, making sure the dough goes up the sides of the cup.
    Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups and sprinkle the top with 3/4 cup of cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
