Quick Supper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pork chops or 5 chicken breasts
2 c. instant rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or canned
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spray a large baking dish with Pam.
Place pork chops or chicken in pan.
Cover with mushroom soup.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Prepare instant rice.
Remove meat from oven and add rice and frozen vegetables (that have been cooked in water and drained).
Return to oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with salad and bread.
