Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium avocados, peeled and mashed
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco or hot sauce
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl.
    Mix together well.
    Serve with corn chips or as a salad dressing.
