Tortilla-Spanish Omelet(Tor-Tee-Ya) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled, chopped, diced or grated
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small can drained mushrooms (optional)
    salt, pepper and garlic
    1 c. diced meat (sausage, turkey or ground beef)
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    You will need a Teflon frypan, medium or large size.
