Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large mushrooms
    butter
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Cut stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
    Saute large mushroom caps in butter and remove from pan.
    Saute stems in remaining butter in pan.
    Add bread crumbs, nuts, cheese and basil.
    Mix well, heat thoroughly.
    Fill mushroom caps.
    Freeze until ready to use.
    Heat thoroughly under broiler.
