Apple Dumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. thin sliced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix together the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl mix the next 3 ingredients together.
Combine together and mix adding nuts.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
