Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can mushrooms (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    dash of paprika
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (for top)
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Saute onion and chopped garlic.
    Place raw rice into pan and stir until coated with oil.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Place in 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and add cheese on top.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
