Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1 2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour.
When mixed and no lumps, add milk and cook until creamy (low heat).
Stir to prevent lumping.
Add salt if desired and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted and smooth. Pour over cooked vegetables; broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
