Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Fold in egg with ground meat.
    Add bread crumbs and onion, mixing gently.
    Stir in cream, seasonings and 2 tablespoons of the chili sauce.
    Shape into loaf.
    Spray a loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray and set loaf inside.
    Press a shallow hole down the center of the loaf and spread the remaining chili sauce over the loaf.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
