Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
Preparation

Measure the dry ingredients and sift together.
Dice bananas and measure quantity.
Add bananas to the dry ingredients along with the oil.
Add eggs, vanilla, crushed pineapple and juice from the pineapple.
Stir to blend but do not beat.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Set aside to cool without removing from pan.
