Prize Winning Burrito Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and well drained
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix Bisquick, water and beans.
Spread in greased pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture.
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serve with chopped lettuce, chopped tomato and sour cream if desired.
