Ranch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium Russet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed in bite size pieces
    1 c. red onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion and celery. Mix together Ranch dressing mix, mayo and water. Pour over potatoes, onion and celery. Toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until well chilled, 1 to 2 hours.
