No Cholesterol Egg Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Separate
    eggs.
    Beat
    egg whites slightly.
    Add nonfat dry milk.
    Beat.
    Let
    rest
    until nonfat dry milk dissolves. Add 3 to 4 drops of yellow food coloring.
    Mix equals 3 eggs. You can freeze mixture for future use.
