Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7 oz. can crab meat or fresh crab
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion (diced)
    1 c. celery (diced)
    1 pkg. (envelope) unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    2 - 3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat soup until bubbly.
    Mix gelatin envelope with cold water until dissolved; then add to soup.
    Simmer for a few minutes and then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a mold and chill at least 8 hours.
    Serve with Ritz crackers or whatever.
