Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh bread cubes
1/2 c. golden raisins
4 eggs
3 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Place the bread cubes in a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish, sprinkling the raisins throughout.
Beat together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the bread.
Allow to soak overnight, refrigerated.
