Tortellini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen tortellini
7 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. unwhipped cream
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger; pour off excess grease. Salt to taste.
Melt butter; add basil, cornstarch and cream to make medium sauce. Place meat in bottom of pan or baking dish. Cover with tortellini, then sauce and lastly with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cover 10 minutes, then remove for 15 minutes until brown.
