Coffee-Orange Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (2 layer size) devils food cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan.
    In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs and pudding mix.
    Dissolve instant coffee in 1/4 cup water.
    Mix with other ingredients along with orange peel and cinnamon.
    Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
    Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Stir in chocolate pieces.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
