Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 baby carrots
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    ground cloves
    ground nutmeg
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water for 7 minutes or until they can be pierced with a fork.
    Pour off almost all water.
    Add brown sugar, several dashes of cloves and nutmeg and butter.
    Stir to coat carrots.
    Simmer for 3 minutes on medium to low heat.
