Cornbread Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour without lid.
Great for reunions and potlucks.
