Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Grate cheese and mix with biscuit mix and sausage.
    Shape into balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Freeze if desired after baking, then heat in oven for a few minutes when ready to serve.
