Polynesian Wedding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Mix the first 3 ingredients with hand mixer.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix together, using a wooden spoon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
