Easter Cookies(Koulourakia Pashalina) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

11 to 12 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
8 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. warm milk
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Sift 11 cups of flour with the baking powder into a glass bowl; scoop out a well in it.
Brown the butter and pour into the flour.
Let stand until cool enough to handle.
