Power Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chilled pineapple juice
    1 c. cracked ice
    1/2 c. frozen strawberries
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender at high speed until thick and foamy, about 30 seconds.
    Pour into glasses.
    If desired, other fruits may be substituted for strawberries.
    Makes 2 servings.
