Shaker Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    4 eggs
    2 pie crusts
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Slice the lemons, rind and all, tissue paper thin. Add sugar and let stand overnight.
    Beat the eggs until creamy smooth and light color. Add to sugar and lemon mixture.
    Combine well.
    Pour into pie shell. Cover with pricked top pie crust.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes and 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
