Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup honey
2/3 cup salad oil
2 cup grated zucchini
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and then wet ingredients together.
Makes 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2) loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
