Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter or 1 c. melted
    1 can mushrooms (optional0
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk or regular milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Put into a buttered baking dish.
    Cover with Cheddar cheese.
    Crumble crackers on top of the cheese.
    (Make sure your crackers are finely crumbled.)
    Pour melted butter over crackers.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Pour over the top of crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes until it has a brown crust on top.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
