Aunt Pina'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion
    pinch of crushed red pepper
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. water
    pinch of garlic powder
    pinch of fresh parsley
    pinch of fresh basil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Place the olive oil in a saucepan and brown the ground beef. Place chopped onion, crushed red pepper, garlic powder and salt in the pan.
    Place a lid on the pan and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pour in the can of sauce, water, parsley, basil and kidney beans and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes.
    Enjoy the chili on top of a bowl of rice and a loaf of Italian bread.
