Alabama Chocolate Pecan Jumbo Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/3 c. melted butter, mixing well. Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6-8 minutes.
