Fish Provencal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 white fish fillets
    white wine
    onion rings
    tomato slices
    lemon slices
    flour to thicken
Preparation
    Place fillets in skillet; almost cover with wine.
    Put onion, tomato and lemon slices on fish.
    Cover pan and poach until done. Remove when done to warm platter.
    Thicken liquid in skillet. Pour over fish.
