Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 large can evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large package chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a 3 quart casserole or mixing bowl.
Loosely cover with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 3 - 4 minutes or until soft ball stage is reached.
Stir in marshmallows, nuts, milk, chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
Stir until marshmallows and chocolate chips are completely melted.
Pour into well greased
9 x 7 inch baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into squares and serve.
