Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. grapefruit juice (fresh if possible)
1 graham cracker crust
1 can condensed milk
Preparation

Separate egg yolks from whites.
Set whites aside to be used as meringue.
In a large bowl, add the egg yolks, condensed milk and grapefruit juice.
Mix until blended.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until filling is no longer liquid. Beat the egg whites until stiff with electric mixer, gradually adding 2 or 3 teaspoons of sugar while beating.
Spoon meringue on top of cooked pie; bake until meringue is golden brown.
