Spinach Appetizer Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (use 2 cans)
Preparation
    Combine spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, pimento and nutmeg, mixing until well blended.
    Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles.
    Firmly press perforations together to seal.
    Spread with spinach mixture.
    Roll up, starting at short end.
    Cut each roll into 8 slices.
    Place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 32 appetizers.
