Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers
2 slices pimento
1 small onion
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. fresh parsley (stems and all)
celery and sweet pickles to taste
Preparation

Boil fryers until tender with salt, pepper and several buttons of garlic.
Chop the pimento and grate the onion.
Chop parsley real fine. You won't have to grind up the chicken.
Mix all with salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Can be used for sandwiches, too.
