Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. first cut brisket (trim fat)
    4 carrots
    4 onions
    4 potatoes
    3 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together ketchup and water.
    Brown meat on both sides in frying pan or grill.
    Put meat, vegetables and sauce in large pot. Bring to boil, then cook, covered, for 3 hours on low flame.
