Okinawan Doughnuts(Andagi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well. Add the eggs and milk to the dry ingredients and mix only until the liquid is mixed with the flour mixture.
    Do not overbeat. Drop with a teaspoon into deep fat and fry.
    Drain on paper towels.
