Beets And Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (1 lb.) cans small beets
    5 oz. jar horseradish
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Empty cans of beets; grate the beets.
    Add horseradish, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Put in jars and refrigerate.
    Serve with meat dishes.
