Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peppers, cut in half lengthwise
    salt water
    1/4 c. rice
    3/4 lb. ground meat
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    After peppers are prepared, put in pot with salt water to barely cover peppers.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Cook 1/4 cup rice in same water.
    Brown 3/4 pound ground meat in pan with onion and salt. Mix rice with meat.
    Lay peppers, cut side up, in casserole dish. Stuff with rice and meat mixture.
    Pour 1 small can tomato sauce over peppers.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
