Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. ground pork
2 lb. chicken
3 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. pepper
16 oz. can tomatoes
6 medium to large onions
6 medium to large potatoes, mashed
32 oz. cream-style corn
2 to 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 c. ketchup
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Debone and chop.
Cook potatoes and onions in chicken broth.
Add water as needed.
Cook pork and beef in skillet to remove grease.
Mash the potatoes.
Put all ingredients in large cooker and add water as needed.
Let simmer approximately 2 hours, stirring often.
