"Super Duper" Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. frying chicken, cut up
3/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Saute onion in oil and remove.
Brown chicken in oil in skillet.
Sprinkle cooked onion, paprika, salt and hot water over chicken.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes, until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken to platter.
