Salmon Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon (7 3/4 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    In double boiler, melt cream cheese and soup.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
    Mix all ingredients together. Put in mold.
    Serve with Escort crackers.
