Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen peas
    1 c. frozen lima beans
    1 c. French-cut string beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. diced, barely cooked carrots
    1 small head cauliflower (raw), chopped
    4 small green onions, chopped
    2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning (Spice Island)
Preparation
    Barely cook vegetables; drain and mix with mayonnaise that has been mixed with vinegar and Beau Monde.
    Chill overnight.
    Toss with 1 to 2 heads torn lettuce just before serving.
