Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. Ritz crackers, rolled fine
Preparation
    Melt cheese and margarine in top of double boiler.
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Arrange in 2-quart casserole starting with broccoli first, then melted cheese and margarine and Ritz crackers. Finish with the Ritz crackers on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
