Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
    3/4 tsp. lemon rind
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat together sugar, vegetable oil and eggs. Stir in bananas and lemon rind. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add to banana mixture and stir until combined. Fold in nuts.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
