Silken Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless peanuts
    10 c. water
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. soft tofu
Preparation
    Put peanuts into 6 cups water in a pan.
    When water boils, turn to simmer for 2 hours.
    Add 4 cups water, milk, sugar and tofu.
    Bring to boiling point.
    Tofu may be served hot or cold.
