Chicken Yakitori - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chicken breast, skin removed and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. scallions, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken.
    Mix thoroughly; pour over chicken cubes.
    Marinate, covered.
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
