Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. tart apples (I cook a bit in microwave)
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all together.
Put in unbaked pie shell, then add top. Put vent holes in top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
