Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    4 eggs
    1/2 lb. cheese
    4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Fry bacon and drain.
    Use shortening to fry potatoes.
    Leave skin on potatoes; cut round.
    Cut onion round.
    Cook onion and potatoes together.
    When done, add beaten eggs and cubed or shredded cheese and bacon.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
