Cinnamon "Surprise" Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 slices bread

Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients until creamy.
Place 3 slices of bread on pan under a broiler; toast one side.
Remove from broiler; spread untoasted side with mixture.
Return to broiler; let cook until mixture bubbles (1 minute).
