Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Betty Crocker yellow butter cake mix with pudding
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs (room temperature)
    1 bottle red cake coloring
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix cake mix with cocoa.
    Add vanilla, buttermilk, cake coloring, eggs and margarine.
    Blend until moistened.
    Add soda to vinegar and mix into cake mixture.
    Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan.
    This makes 3 layers.
