Crab Cakes Ala Sally - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning to taste
    2 slices bread
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Sort crabmeat to remove shells.
    Crumble the bread into fine crumbs.
    To the crab meat, add the crumbs and the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix and shape into patties.
    Saute in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter until lightly brown on each side.
    Makes about 6 good sized cakes.
